On our second day in cairns we booked a tour for some snorkling and diving on the outer great barrier reed. We don’t have a diving license, but we were able to do some introductory dive. The whole trip was on a big ship with many other tourists and we stopped twice on the great barrier reef for our snorkling and diving. The corals in the great barrier reef look amazing, the fish are cute, but we couldn’t see any turtle, shark or anything special. In the evening we made our way to the harbour in cairns to grab some food and we saw hundreds of bats, which is kind of scary
